Was it Wes did he find out what Annalise is hiding about Rebecca

Was it her ex lover  Eve who she hurt in the past.

Was it her new clients who are accused of killing there parents

Was it Bonnie she did say she wants Annalise dead

Asher he may have shot Annalise by accident. Also Since the show started the crimes have been commited by main character.  Wes killed Sam,  Frank killed Lila, and Bonnie killed Rebecca just another thing to hang over the heads of her employees. Except Frank because she does not know he killed Lilla.
