Flash Forward:unravel very fast especially since he goes to boyfriend /lovers apartment and tells him he messed up bad. I can only guess that he told him everything about the night of the murder.
At the beginning of the show we learn that Asher was not there during the murder. We also learn that Rebbecca was there, but Wes got her out of there before they went to the woods. We also see Conner start to unravel especially since after the murder and they burn the body he goes to his boyfriend/lovers and tells him he messed up bad. I just know Conner told him everything about the murder.
Present Day: Annalise decides to take Rebbecca as her client instead of Griffin the star football player. Who has now pointed the finger at Rebbecca for the crime and claiming he is innocent of the murder. After Wes tells Rebbecca that Griffin blamed her for the night of the murder she confesses to the police before Annalise can talk to her. When Annalise finally speaks with Rebbecca she reluctantly tells her why she confessed. Rebbecca says that after Wes told her that Griffin blamed her for everything she decided her only choice was to confessed. She said the police told her if she confess she can go home, but that was lie her confession was just what the detectives wanted to hear. The truth according to Rebbecca was that Griffin sexually assaulted Lila and this some how caused her death. Annalise tries to get the confession thrown out, but the judge is not trying to her that her client is charged with murder and her bail is set at one million dollars. Annalise elects Bonnie to get the confession tape so they can view to see if Rebbecca confession was cohersed in any way by the police she wants the tape by any means. After getting shot down by both the prosecutor and police chief Bonnie lucks up after catches Detective Lahey breaking into Sam's Keating's car . My question is why is she following Sam anyway Bonnie goes to the police chief and ask why Sam Keating is being followed by Detective Lahey if they have the killer. She throws some threats around and he gives her the tape. They all watch the tape and find the prosecution left some important parts out and her body language looks like she being coached to say what they want to hear. In the end the judge sees this and is not happy the confession is thrown out and her bail is reduced.
New case:
Meanwhile while she is preparing for Rebbecca case she gets a new case her friend and client Meridith is accused of Insider Trading. they think she is guilty because she made a sex tape with the president of the company. Annalise on the other hand thinks it may be one of her employees, so she has the students to go undercover to find the mole. After finding out what Annalise is up to Meridith tells her stop because her employees are loyal to her.
Well that does not stop Conner who after having sex with one of her employees named Paxton he gets him on tape talking about how Conner does not suspect him. He gets tech friend to dissect the phone call he gives it Annalise and she relays this information to Meridith. She confronts Paxton with this information, and gives him good tongue lashing and he can't take being convicted or being put down more by his family that he jumps out the window to his death. With Paxton dead the case is still open they need to find out who he was talking to So each student breaks down each employee that they interviewed and come up with two suspects Jimmy and Talia. After interviewing them agian they both turn on each other after Annalise and the detective throw a false document on the table and tells them the other person is taking a deal. It turns out that Jimmy and Talia were trying to take Meridith down to destroy her company and her reputation.
Last minutes of the show were the juiciest Rebbecca comes home on bail and, Wes finally ask her what's on the phone. She finally shows him and he thinks he may have the smoking bullet, but he does not know what he really has. He takes the phone to Annalise she ask him when was he going to give her this evidence. Wes tell her he would gave it to her sooner, but he needed Rebbecca to trust him to get this kind of information. Annalise agrees and tells Wes that this is a great responsibility that he must take seriously. Last moment of the show was my OMG moments, watching her get ready for bed I knew it about go down. When he came out of the bathroom and Annalise held up the phone and said "why is your penis on a dead girls phone". Those nine words made my mouth dropped I know it's going to be a knock out drag out fight.
